As an On-Site IT Support Engineer at Tri-Comp Solutions, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' IT infrastructure
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Monitor and maintain network performance, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Manage and maintain servers, including Windows and Linux-based systems
• Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Document and report on IT issues and resolutions
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
