📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement national education programs that promote civic responsibility and national unity.
• Collaborate with teachers, educators, and community leaders to develop and deliver educational content.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform educational strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs using data and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Create and manage budgets for educational projects and initiatives.
• Represent Pendidikan Nusantara Foundation at national and regional educational conferences and events.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in education and civic engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education management, program development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful educational programs.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using educational management software, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and educational databases.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
