📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
• Manage a team of 20-30 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with fleet management to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software such as SAP and JDA.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry in Bali and a passion for optimizing logistics operations.
