You will handle customer inquiries, manage orders, and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Manage and track orders using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
- Work with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Generate and analyze reports on supply chain performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or supply chain management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
