📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Develop brand guidelines and visual identities for new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure designs align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.
• Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and tailor designs accordingly.
• Manage and optimize design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and refine them based on feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and best practices within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Canva and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
