In this role, you will be responsible for managing client satisfaction and event management to ensure our clients have a memorable and successful experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including but not limited to, venue selection, vendor coordination, and logistics.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of all event-related activities and client interactions.,Attend and participate in client meetings and events to ensure high standards of service and satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing client satisfaction and event execution.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.
