📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and employment laws.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.
