Elitez Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting, HR & Administration Executive to join our team in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, HR, and administration, with a proven track record of managing complex financial and operational tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.,Coordinate with HR to manage employee benefits, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle administrative tasks such as office management, travel arrangements, and vendor negotiations.,Provide support to the management team in financial planning and budgeting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and HR regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, HR, and administration roles.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
