📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including stock control, ordering, and inventory management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and restrooms.,Assist in merchandising activities such as product placement and promotional displays.,Monitor sales performance and report any issues to the supervisor.,Perform cash handling duties, including counting and depositing cash.,Assist in training and orienting new employees.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work remote and flexible hours.
