In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Managing inventory and supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations,Training and supervising staff to maintain high service standards,Monitoring and reporting on operational performance metrics,Implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems and operational software,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency,Fluency in Indonesian and English
