📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily sales operations in the store.,Handle customer transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Assist in stock management and ensure product availability.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Monitor and report sales performance to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in promotional activities and sales events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of fashion products and trends.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficient in using point of sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
