📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Lead and mentor a team of mechanics to ensure high-quality service.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
  • Order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance schedules.
  • Provide technical support and advice to other departments as needed.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Train new employees on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with various diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Proficiency in English or Indonesian language.
