As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to create and maintain our web applications. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to ensure that our applications are user-friendly and meet our business requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of Frontend Developers to create and maintain our web applications.
  • Collaborating with the design and backend teams to ensure that our applications are user-friendly and meet our business requirements.
  • Mentoring and training junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring that our applications are optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest Frontend technologies and trends.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to other teams as needed.
  • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other developers.
  • Ensuring that our applications are secure and compliant with industry standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with popular Frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
  • Experience with build tools such as Webpack or Gulp.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
