PT Karya Tani is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Kulon Progo and remotely, providing a flexible work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Familiarity with hybrid work environments and remote work tools.
