📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with global and local business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with global partners and local stakeholders to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Utilize advanced supply chain management tools such as SAP, JDA, and other industry-standard software to monitor and analyze supply chain performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to improve supply chain operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO, HACCP, and other industry-specific certifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in leading complex supply chain solutions.
• Certifications in Supply Chain Management, such as APICS-CSCP, CPIM, or CSCP.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and experience working with international partners.
• Proven ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
