📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning and coordination of coal transportation from mines to customers
• Monitor and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in coal logistics or a similar role
• Proven experience in planning and coordinating coal transportation
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Valid driver’s license and experience with heavy machinery
