📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily logistical operations.,Monitor and report on the performance of delivery teams.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans.,Provide support in the resolution of operational issues.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.,Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistical activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in logistics or a related field.,Strong understanding of logistical operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with logistical software and tools.,Knowledge of safety and quality standards.,Ability to travel and work in various locations as required.
