📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase store visibility.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
