📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage process innovation projects, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.,Conduct thorough process assessments and identify opportunities for improvement through the application of industrial automation and smart manufacturing technologies.,Develop and implement innovative solutions, including digital twins, AI-driven analytics, and IoT-enabled systems, to optimize manufacturing processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, IT specialists, and operations managers, to drive successful project outcomes.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.,Prepare and present comprehensive reports and proposals to stakeholders, highlighting the value and impact of innovation initiatives.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in industrial automation and smart manufacturing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in process innovation, industrial automation, or smart manufacturing, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and MES solutions.,Familiarity with smart manufacturing concepts, such as Industry 4.0, digital twins, and AI-driven analytics.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.,Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
