In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs that address these needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that training programs align with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Monitor and report on the progress of training programs and their impact on employee performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a healthcare or industrial setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management systems and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
