📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses, including food, labor, and utilities.,Ensure the restaurant adheres to company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and cultural norms.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
