In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Inspect raw materials and finished products to maintain quality standards.,Maintain and clean production equipment and facilities.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of raw materials.,Follow and implement safety protocols and procedures.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food production or related field.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.,Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
