📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.,Inspect and quality check finished products to ensure they meet company standards.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of raw materials.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with production processes and quality control.,Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
