Tech Store Lestari is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining efficient warehouse processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee warehouse activities, including stock control, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as ERP, WMS, or TMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
