📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.,Develop and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.,Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.,Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend improvements to existing processes.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management.,Proven track record of successfully leading and completing mechanical engineering projects.,Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.,Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
