📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet the required standards.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu specifications.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Participate in menu development and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,High school diploma or equivalent.
