In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our tech retail stores, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient IT infrastructure management.

At IT Hub Global, we are a leading tech retailer in Bali, known for our commitment to providing the latest and greatest in technology products. Our stores are located in prime locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, serving a diverse customer base. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage both the operational and technical aspects of our stores.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service. You will also be responsible for the technical aspects of our stores, including network management, hardware and software support, and ensuring our stores are equipped with the latest technology. As our IT Operations & Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our tech retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock
• Oversee staff scheduling and training to ensure optimal performance
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Manage the technical infrastructure of our stores, including network management, hardware and software support
• Ensure our stores are equipped with the latest technology and products
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the smooth operation of our stores' technical systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on tech retail
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and providing technical support
• Strong knowledge of retail management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
