UNITY Indonesia is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Mempawah and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize results.,Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.,Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and social media content.,Manage social media accounts and engage with our audience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Proven ability to analyze data and create reports.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.,Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus.
