📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives and targets.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Promote the store and its products through various marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
