📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan the construction of new restaurant buildings and facilities,Oversee the construction process to ensure it is completed on time and within budget,Maintain and repair existing restaurant buildings and facilities,Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations,Work with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects,Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship,Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the restaurant industry,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software is a plus,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits
